We provide a professional, friendly and caring service.  All our childcarers are asked to complete a Carers Application form, providing their personal details, experience, qualifications and employment history. Each candidate is personally interviewed, references obtained and verified.  We pride ourselves in offering  high quality personnel. 
 
All Clients seeking Marbella Nannies services are asked to complete a Client Application form detailing their requirements.  Where possible their home situation and needs are assessed prior to arranging interviews and placements.  We also look after our Carers!
 
We check
  • the identity of each candidate against her driving license, passport or birth certificate.
  • the reasons for any gaps in their employment history.
  • at least two references to confirm the candidate's competence and suitability.
 
Close contact with clients
  • We put forward candidates only for positions for which they appear to be suited by their qualifications, experience and personality and in our judgement are best suited to the Clients requirements.
  • We provide full and relevant information to both the prospective employee and employer about one another before an interview.  We set up and attend initial interviews and oversee all placements.  We respect the confidentiality of our clients.

  • assistance with contractual details of employment - if requested
